Since 1951, the McCormick Tribune YMCA has been dedicated to serving the needs of the Humboldt Park, Hermosa, Avondale, West Town, Bucktown, Wicker Park and Logan Square neighborhoods. The YMCA is a non-profit organization where no one is turned away due to inability to pay. Our membership scholarship program gives everyone the opportunity to benefit from recreation, improved health and family-friendly programs.

Fitness Center Renovations!!
The McCormick Tribune YMCA fitness center will be temporarily closed beginning July 19th and it will reopen on July 26th. During this time we will be expanding our fitness center, replacing our floor and bringing in brand new fitness equipment.
The gym, locker rooms, racquet ball courts and all classes will stay open and on schedule during the time the fitness center is closed. Please contact the front desk with questions.

Free memberships for eligible military families
As a spouse of a deployed Guard or Reserve member, you and your family are eligible to join our YMCA free, courtesy of Military OneSource.
